IMR-32/Firefly Luciferase Cell Line

Description: IMR-32 is a human neuroblastoma cell line derived from a metastatic tumor. It is widely used in neurobiology, pediatric cancer research, and studies of neuronal differentiation, MYCN amplification, and neurotoxicity. IMR-32/firefly luciferase stable cells express firefly luciferase. These cells can be used for in vitro cell assay and in vivo study.

Quantity: Two vials of frozen cells (2×106 per vial)

Stability: Stable in culture over a minimum of 10 passages

Application: Drug screening, biological assays and in vivo study

Freezing Medium: 80% RPMI 1640+10% FBS+10% DMSO

Propagation Medium: RPMI 1640+10%FBS

Morphology: Fibroblast; neuroblast

Subculture: Split saturated culture 1:2-1:4 every 3 days

Incubation: 37 °C with 5% CO2

Storage: Liquid nitrogen immediately upon receiving

Mycoplasma Status: Negative
