LS-741T/Firefly Luciferase Cell Line

Description: LS-174T cell line was derived from patient with colorectal adenocarcinoma. It has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. LS-174T/firefly luciferase stable cells express firefly luciferase. These cells can be used for in vitro cell assay and in vivo study.

Quantity: Two vials of frozen cells (2×106 per vial)

Stability: Stable in culture over a minimum of 10 passages

Application: Drug screening, biological assays and in vivo study

Freezing Medium: 70% DMEM+20% FBS+10% DMSO

Propagation Medium: DMEM+10%FBS

Morphology: Epithelial

Subculture: Split saturated culture 1:2-1:4 every 3 days

Incubation: 37 °C with 5% CO2

Storage: Liquid nitrogen immediately upon receiving

Doubling Time: Approximately 40 hours

Mycoplasma Status: Negative
